Ongo, The Summer Session!

The Ongo Group
Living Everyday Nonviolence

The Ongo Group is a weekly group that blends mindfulness and NVC practices in a 12 week session. Everyone is welcome to attend regardless of NVC experience or knowledge. Each week during the summer session, members will gather from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. and are asked to commit to the full 12 weeks to create consistency within the group. The practice is called Ongo as it becomes an ongoing spiritual practice. Many of our members have been in multiple sessions to deepen their practice!
I hope you'll join us!

The Ongo Group
Thursdays, June 6 - August 29
7:00 - 8:30 p.m.
Glendale United Methodist Church
900 Glendale Lane
Nashville, 37204

During the summer session, you’re invited to bring potluck dinners the 4th Thursday of each month. You may arrive at 5:45 and we’ll gather around a table beginning at 6:00 p.m. Bring your own dinner or something to share. Either way, we’ll enjoy being in community!

Donations are welcomed each week to support venue space and the holder of the group, carlene maginnis-robinson.

Books may be ordered through Amazon or purchased at local book stores. Receiving books are sometimes delayed so better to purchase sooner rather than later.
