A Five Session Learning Lab: The Foundations of NVC, Part I, is for those new to NVC and those wanting a refresher in the basics of NVC! During Foundations Part I you will learn:
The Heart of NVC; Learning a Needs Based Awareness
Develop Life Enriching Consciousness and the Language of NVC;
The Components, Practices, and Applications of NVC;
The Power and Practice of Empathetic Presence.
NVC is often described as a spiritual way of being disguised as a communication practice! The internal shifts of perception that awaken our ways of thinking, listening, and expressing ourselves is a life changing transformative process. It affects all areas of our lives and relationships such as our professional and family relationships. NVC is currently being taught in schools, healthcare, corrective/punitive/judicial settings and conflict mediation.
WHEN: Mondays, October 1, 8, 15, 22, and 29; 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

FEE: $150 Foundations of NVC Part 1; $150 Foundations of NVC Part 2; $250 Foundations of NVC Part I and II when registered at the same time.
This lab offers 15 hours that can be applied to CNVC Certification.
The Foundations of NVC Part II is a learning lab for those who attended Part 1 and for those wanting to refresh and expand their NVC skills and awareness. The learning in Part II will take you to the next level of working with topics such as:
Saying and Hearing a "No".....with Compassion;
The Power of Making Clear Requests;
Expressing Scary Honesty, How Do We Do It?;
Building Skills for Dialogue Using Role Plays and The NVC Dance Floors:
Handling Hard to Hear Messages;
And Deepening Your Empathy Skills.
WHEN: Saturday and Sunday, March 23/24, 2019. 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
This 2 day workshop offers 14 hours toward CNVC certification.
